How to cook a formula for success like Aragaza?Taking care of details. Every creation, every thought, everything has to be above your expectations. I think that when you get to the point of believing that you´ve done so well, it´s when, you must do your bit, to overcome that step.Customers who buy your brand for the first time repeat . What´s your secret to build loyalty? Do you think that having a first contact in the physical shop and then taking care of it online works with a type of product like this? Or, do you focus more on the quality and uniqueness of your product itself?That´s an interesting question. Aragaza´s exclusive and has a very interesting quality- price relatioship. Customers who buy in Aragaza, repeat. And that´s essential. Tehy repeat for design and quality of our products. They also repeat because of the personalised service that they receive at the shop. As I said in the first question: “small details matter”But in order to repeat, they first have to get to know us, and that's thanks to the physical shops.Obviously, foreign customer, is who repeats on the online shop.

Twelve years after having physical shops in Barcelona city, you decided to create the online shop (over one year ago). Why did you choose Oleoshop?Well, we already had an online shop before working with Oleoshop. But, to be honest, it didn´t work correctly. It was difficult, to manage and also for customers to navigate through. We chose Oleoshop, for its functionality and ease of management. And the result´s been higher than our expectations. We can say that we´ve grown up with Oleoshop.Do you think that opening an online shop has increase the possibilities for your business? You sell throughout the world, how did you do to reach your target audience in the online field? Would you recommend small businesses like yours to invest in this online marketing opportunity to grow?The online shop has helped us to grow, and of course to globalize our business. We´ve shipped shirts to Australia, South Africa, Russia, Colombia, Mexico or United States.The virtual shop allows you to remove barriers, and reach all countries. It´s a shop without limits, without borders, open 24 hours, 365 days a year.Investing online? I believe that a business can´t close its doors to the present, and e-commerce is both present and future.Therefore, it´s advisable to invest in online marketing. I believe that every person, every company has to study the limits which can it can afford, and invest according to them.
